Poor Service From Tyme Bank

I have been ****** of my money at Tyme Bank. I reported them doing ******* withdrawals at the end of the month as though i subscribed to something it started with R7-14 not once but twice the same then it went to R8-14 also twice this carried on fo 3 months and everytime I reported it and they tell me to unsubscribe then I tell them I cannot find any such company and how can they make 2 withdrawals at a time? Tyme Bank must stop it it is ***** but nothing and now yesterday 23March all my money is withdrawn and I cannot get into my app. Again I notified them but nothing todate I have heard nothing from them and all my money is gone
