Poor service
I'm so fustrated and disappointed with this bank my account is on hold I can't do anything I called the call centre for more than 3 times with no luck I'm only been told someone at the back office will call you back only this I get Is a closed ticket with no feedback no one is bothering to reply on my emails or get back to me I'm so fustrated and disappointed
