POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Terrible customer care service. I app**** for a personal loan and approved my debit check on my bank, sent emails to the bank stating that the debit order was active, yet I needed to call Tymebank 5 times to get a straight answer. The consultants do not give straight answers and I know cancelled the loan application because their service was terrible. The funds are supposed to be released within minutes after I have approved the loan yet nothing comes from it even when you call. They even sent SMSs stating the issue has been resolved to find out it has not been.
