Poor service delivery

I just had the worst experience of my life. I've never felt so embarrassed. I had to leave my ID card at a restaurant because you guys were offline. I couldn't swipe my card, I couldn't withdraw money from any ATM and I even went as far as leaving my kids at the restaurant to go find the nearest pick n pay and still when I got there I couldn't withdraw my money.??????. I'm angry, disappointed and humiliated. I'm going to make sure that I leave this review on hellopeter. All I need from you guys now is access to my money and close your stupid account. The Tymebank Call center is useless as nobody answered my calls. I tried calling numerous times with no response.
