Poor service

I’ve been trying to unblock my account since last week Friday. On Saturday,6th, I was told to wait for 24hrs. Yesterday I was told about another 24 hrs to wait. Now I can’t buy my mom medication, I’m short of money to travel for school because the money is stuck into that account.
