Poor service 😔

Am💔💔 it's almost a month my account is blocked I sent all the required documents but they never opened it I just regret the day opening an account this this kind of business with doesn't have even branches that why they don't respond, I can't even receive funds on my account becouse of them I can send my family money because of them so am so disappointed
