Poor service

Worse bank ever how can you block my account for money coming from my investment.call center not helpful, the ***** department won't assist. You will have to call them for more 5 times it just a headache getting through.. Again you will speak to different agent that won't assist. Why must it take more than 3 days for you to unblock my account. How am i meant to survive if i can't use my account for daily needs.mind you we use bank cards to purchase even bread, how am i suppose to survive if my bank won't help unblock my account. This is my money im not borrowing it.
