Poor service and *****sters
I purchased Herbal life and made EFT payments on 31 July 2023 for R1 175.08. The order did not went through and error code that I saw.
Money was taken in my account and herbal life did it investigation didn’t not received that payment and tymebank didn’t want to return my money.
Please return my money.
Tymebank is a ****, with rude consultants.

Herbal life said Tymebank bank need to reverse my money the payments didn’t went through. Where is this money sitting? Why was taking while was an error during payment and the order didn’t went through as well.
This bank is taking our money ke manje.
