Poor service
Poor customer service, they claim to be a digital bank yet they are not digital smart. Their bank app is poorly designed. I received my credit card but couldn’t even activate it

15 Jan 2025, 14:13I was trying to activate my credit card and have wasted over R60 of airtime and still couldn’t activate it because your pamphlet that came with the card has no instructions or full information. I’m very disappointed that you’re digital but have not user friendly tools
