Poor Service!

Ive made a payment on the 25th of Nov just after 19:00, however the Creditor did not receive the payment as yet, followed up everyday with the call Centre and get no feedback, my debit orders has been suspended with no proper explanation to why. this has negatively affected my credit facility, and also relationship with my creditor. please check my case references I logged
