Poor service

I did a Sim swap and my acc is put on debit hold for 3 days now, I can't access my funds, how am I expected to survive, a lady from the ***** department called me to confirm if indeed I am the one who did a Sim swap, security check passed and she assured me the hold will be removed, but till now I can't get access to my funds, **** service at its best

But what was I expecting from a bank that doesn't have branches for such queries, you get to a TymeBank kiosk, those people know nothing except general banking queries, I'll definitely spread the word of mouth for bad and poor service, not forgetting to post this on all my social media platforms

Obviously yes a lady called me I just didn't catch her name if your systems records it show and she assured me she was removing the hold and asked me to confirm my full names and surname, which I did n also rep**** to the email I got from
