Made a withdrawal I didn't receive my funds, called call center they told me my funds will reflect back in my account in 24 hours next morning I receive a message saying they still investigating the issue and I might get feedback on the situation on the 3rd of November 2026.....💔

Still up to today tyme bank making te run arounds yesterday I received an sms saying I will get feedback on the 19th of October this bank doesn't consider the financial emergency of people really disappointed with this service mxm
