Poor poor service from tyme bank

Absolute poor service from tymebank.my account has been on debit hold for almost two weeks now.been kissing with the relevant department to rectify this matter but they keep on sending me from pillar to post.On the 15th of November 2024 I got an instruction that by 1400 my account will be rectified but till today it still has the same problem .
