Poor customer services

I am very shattered and broken, my little brother was involved in an accident. Then he said his Tymebank accounts were blocked, he sent me to go get him the affidavit but they said it's impossible he must explain to Tymebank guess what the poor service he got they called him and said they'll call him and never did, Tymebank my brother is in need of money ( Maditsi Mmatli)
