Poor customer service. Everyone using Tymebank will eventually lose their money.

It's more than 2 years since my bank account has been blocked with my R5000. Tried calling the bank, they telling me about so called *****ulent activities in my account and blocked my bank account without my permission. I was asked about the person who sent that money to me, I told them that it was a gift from my then boyfriend. They requested proof of payment, I mean...i broke up with the person. We no longer in contact or whatsoever. I lost my phone, lost my number too hence I can't log on the app or anything. My money for a drivers license is gone. All gone. All thanks to Tymebank. This bank doesn't deserve even a single star from the reviews.
