Poor customer service
Unfortunately I was involved in an accident yesterday, and I just waiting for the doctor to check if I'll be discharged and I send my sister to the police station they said they can't help her, so should I get stack of my own money because I have sent all the proof that I bought USDT with my binance? Tymebank stop what u are doing and I will also write on NFO with this kind of customer service. I am sick, INJURED for heaven sake

Only to be disappointed and feel undermined by them, I am in pain right now and I must also have financial crisis due to tymebank? Hell no the disrespect it's on another level and I doubt I will be their client again

Because the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is on another level, the lady says she doesn't care when I told her I have been long waiting for my money I need to buy medicine hence I called and compliant. WOW guys use tymebank at ur own risk
