Poor customer service and lying agents

Last week, on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, I had a good day. I was at cashbuild Skycity buying material worth R1400 around 11:48 when I was on the till for the transaction, the payment did not go through but the money was taken out of my account. I immediately called the back and spoke with a lady named Portia, who was very helpful, but I don't appreciate her constant lying. First, she said my payment would be reversed within 30 minutes to an hour, and then she said I should wait 24 hours. The next day, I called, and she said I should wait for back office because they were working on it, and then I should wait for the long weekend. I explained that I needed my material from the store immediately. Please help I need my money back
