I've opened your account many months ago and downloaded the app. I've decided that it was time for me to get the card so that I can also make withdrawals and swipe. Your ambassador at Pick n Pay Tramshed was very very rude. I've left the store without the card because she told me I needed to go to Home Affairs because my Green ID doc is no longer valid. Tymebank how can I have the card issued to me? You're such an exceptional bank and your App also works with so much ease but train your staff better
