Poor customer service

Customer service is very poor I tried to reset my password and it said I must take a selfie it never recognized me, I tried calling in for assistance with regards to this matter consultant was not helpful at all. I am glad it happened that way after seeing other people's reviews I would like to close both my accounts I will save my money with reputable banks
