Poor customer service
The only bank that I trusted has let me down in time of need, my dad is sick and tymebank debt hold in time of need and they didn't even bother to email me or message me. Please do open my account, I'm not impressed

12 May 2025, 08:17I'm so disappointed with tymebank, my Dad is sick I can't access the money for medications because of my account it's on hold let alone the frustrations they add into my life. I don't think this is the kind of stress I need right now. And the best way is to get me and my family away from tymebank
