Poor customer service
As I wait for tymebank to get back to me,I just received a message saying" Your SmartApp Banking was logged into from a device that you have never used before, and I didn't use a new device, and now am trying to reach to them,I can't get to them they don't answer, my account is on hold but someone else has access to it. That's really unprofessional,how do we prevent this things

26 Jul 2023, 18:52I don't know what one needs to do to get a tymebank account unlocked because now it's been a month and 2 weeks but still nothing, I have tried everything they promised to get back to me ,as I'm still waiting for them I need to buy a portable oxygen concentrator with the money in my account because am struggling with the concentrator I have because of loadshedding and the load reduction from our municipality so now I would suggest that Tymebank buy me a portable oxygen concentrator that requires batteries with the money in my account then after that they can keep the account,because now if I don't get that concentrator I will die as I write now we are having a loadshedding I don't know if I will make it until the electricity come back
