Poor customer service

I have requested that they check if my id number was capture correctly since I can't open my pdf statement with it they failed, instead they reply my email by assuming that I am copying my id instead of entering it manually.They blatantly ignored my simple request.3 months ago I reported ***** online transaction even today there is no feedback from their ***** department whatsoever 😕.This is not a safe bank bank at all please stay away from it.
