Poor banking management
On the 21 of this month I've received a 5000 of stocvel money now they have blocked my account, when I try to login it says I should contact them so they could unblock from their side but they didn't help me at all, this brings me frustration as I was suppose to go buy food and clothes for my daughter how can u block account because of R5000 really

24 Nov 2023, 16:42They did not give me the case Id they told me to sort it out myself, they didn't even try to contact me regarding the issue to give my side they just blocked me.
