Poor Banking expirience.

I had an appauling expirience with this bank if I may say so ( BANK!!! ) I have been trying to close my account with tyme and have been wasting my time. I have to leave the country in 3 days now. I have been advised that their management is not reachable around the clock... Promises is what I get. Until I am told to my face that it will take 10 days after reaching them for 4 days. I spoke to the following people: Mbali Mashpee, Yolandi, Buhle and Mpho.
