POOOOOOOORER CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am so unhappy with the service from TYM BANK yesterday (03 April 2025) I transfer money to my Nedback account using Payshap which is an immadiate payment. Till now no payment has reflected on my Nedback account.
Called in spoke to Tumelo Ramashala WOW what he told me did not make sense to me. He open a case however the status of the case is resolved how is that possible when I havent received my money WHATS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!
