Pls remove debit hold from my account I need to sort my monthly bills

Pls help me TymeBank put my TymeBank account on hold without me doing anything wrong to them going to weeks now my account has been hold without them doing anything about it or any explanation, pls help me to remove hold from my TymeBank

This is new month I need to pay my bills I’m so frustrated all this while I can’t eat and can’t pay for my house rent nothing nothing they are really making my life so miserable right now 😢 pls help me before my landlord push me out of the house 😢 below is my TymeBank informations
