Please refund my money!!!

On the 31st of December,I sent money(R106) to someone and they didn't receive the sms as Tyme was offline.I ended up having to give them hard cash I've sent more than three emails to Tyme and they still won't refund money to my account despite me giving all the information that they asked for even though there's no need as they should be able to see the transaction from my bank account.There's no sense of urgency or even effort to resolve this matter.On their website it states that the money will be refunded into my account within 7days but it's almost two weeks now.I want my R106 back please.
