Please don't open a tymebank account

We were hacked in my tymebank account, I blocked my account and now I am trying to get my account back and I call the ***** department they say they can't assist, transfer me to another department and they can't help. They say they will call me back, you can guess they don't. They just useless and it's unfortunate because I found out the tymebank is easily hacked and I only found that out after my money was gone and now I have to deal with poor service from them. Wow!
