Platinum Poor Service

If you know what is good or you and want peace please never open a bank account with them. Call centre agents so rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all, been struggling to close my account the past 3 days and now they tell me my account is locked and cannot close it for 24hours and its seems like the lady by the name of Thandekile is responsible or the whole department as she always give me *** service the past 3 days and all I want is to close the account and dont care if I will never have a bank account with them.
