Pin tries exceeded

Bad customer service,I called in more than twice about my blocked card but couldn't get assistance.I kept on explaining myself that I've been trying to withdraw money but it keeps saying pin tries exceeded until I ran out of airtime I even asked to be called back , But till now no one has called me. And I hardly use this card I dnt know why it's even blocked
