Pin and phone number changed
Good day I'm still waiting on your responds about the number changed on my account and the pin that was charged aswell yous said it's gonna be resolved quickly but I'm still waiting you can contact me on this nr***

27 Dec 2023, 17:02Tymebank is really a waist of time to bank with my srd grant is paid in to my tymebank account and I can't locked in to withdraw the R350 nor can I unlock my pun cause someone changed my phone number as well as my pin without my permission and I called the ***** line several times just to get up on hold and when they finally assist you your aietyn has run out they made contact with me true hello Peter saying that the matter will be solved soon but I'm still waiting since the 21st and by now believe me my R350 is been draw already

02 Feb 2024, 11:06It's more than month now that I've requested for a number change on my profile so I phoned your toll free number a day before ye terday and your assistance told me I can go to a kiosk to change the phone number if I endure any problems than I can call back and when I got to the tymebank kiosk I found that my pin was also changed so when I called them yesterday one of your consultants said that she can't do anything from her side to assist me I told her Ive tried to reset my pin and when I needed to verify my identity it's keeps saying we are having problems verifying your fingerprint
I had to borrow money to get to tymebank.to sort out this above matter but it was all in vain and now I have to get the money that I've borrowed for the people that I'm owning cause they don't want to understand that I didn't come right with the number change and with the resetting of the pin as I'm unemployed and my srd grant is locked up in your tymebank account
I need to pay people that I'm owning and they are get aggressive over they money that I can't repay its now more than 2 months already that im been struggling with tymebank to get in touch with me but they never did
This behavior is ridiculous and unexceptionable if this matter don't get sorted out by the end of this day than I'll gonna report this matter to the ombudsman cause my children is going hungry to bed at night and its leaving me with a lot of money problems that I don't know how to resolve and tymebank is contented with what they are doing to they clients how can they allow that a number can be changed on one's profile just like that and also that one's login pin can also easily be change without one's permission this is unexceptionable and so unprofessional banking service that they are providing to they clients I think it's best to have my srd grant rather be paid to my number than to tymebank account
