Pheliswa Z
My name is Pheliswa and I have a serious problem with Tymebank, on Monday I went to woodmead picknpay store to with money with the Tyme code, the cashier told me it was giving an error, they tried it twice she told me it could happen they are offline since they were offline on electricity too. I went back to the office when I checked my account the money was gone and I had saved for that money to buy stationary. I called picknpay they advised I come back to the store then referred me to an ambassador who put on the phone with consultant named Ntabiseng, I explained everything to her she told me she has escalated the matter to another department which deals with this. I will get my money within two business days,I recieved an SMS with the case number stating that I should get an update before or on the 8th of January I didn't get any communication instead i had to be the one who calls them again with my airtime and they also take their time to pick up phones. I then spoke to a lady called Siya, I explained to her and told her I am waiting for my money and no one from your bank has even bothered to let me know what is going that's when she told me about 5 day turnaround time of which was new to me and she was rude she even told me that the department has backlogs, now she was making their job my problem. Its January I want to buy stationary for my child and you tell me about a backlog. I was hoping I was going to get feedback yesterday I didn't and I'm still stressed, R2000 in January goes a long way.
