Personal loan application - very quick process but had issues with the selfie verification which resulted in a decline despite approval. Called the number provided . Although I am not happy with the result ( I had to call twice), I welcome the clear explanation given the second time around. The TymeBank interface is user friendly and aesthetically appealing. Overall, I look forward to good banking experience despite the glitches
