Persistent Technical Errors
Tyme Bank is highly unreliable . I needed to make a payment but I got an error from their app saying that they can’t verify my pin . Bare in mind , I used face login . When I try to reset my login details , it shows a technical issue again . The whole point of internet banking is being able to make seamless payments . Tyme bank , you need to do better . This is highly unacceptable.
