Payment tracking and Reversal

I recently received confirmation that an international payment was sent to my account. However, I understand that my tymbank does not accept international payments. I have been trying to contact as I would like to check if the funds have been received on your end and, if so, request an immediate reversal to the sender, to this day I am yet to be given a response. I have sent out all the tracing number and information but still. This is just sad I that's a lot of money(over R100k) that I need to travel with and I am running out of time.
