Payment Delays?

Someone made a deposit into my FNB account more than 10 days ago and the deposit is still not showing in my account. The agents keeps telling the account owner that there's a payment delay. This is totally unacceptable as this was rent that was supposed to be paid by month end. I need to know what is going on with this bank.
