Pay back the money

I regret the day i swapped my smart shopper's card for a useless tymebank card which ended in me opening a banking account with this bank. Tymebank will not resolve any issue instead they will play hide and seek until you get tired and lose your money. Ism not giving upI WANT MY MONEY
