Pay back my money!

I tried to pay for my shopping today and my transaction declined 2 times. Both of those times the money went out of my account. That happened around 14:00 today... It's 21:30 and still no money is reflecting back into my account its almost a R1000 when will this (MY) money be back in my account? This needs to be sorted ASAP! I will not leave this! Pay back my money!
