Patrice TymeBank took our food money, now we're starving.

I transferred money from capitec to TymeBank using the add money function on the TymeBank app. The money was drawn from my capitec, but it never reached my TymeBank account. They refuse to help me. They even go as far as hanging up on my when I call.

TymeBank, you little pieces of k*k; give me my money back. Patrice, you're rich, I'm unemployed and poor but you took the little that I have. Give me my money back, I want to buy groceries for my kids.
