Pathetic Tymebank service coupled with clueless employees.

I received my money on the 31st of December 2021. On the 3rd of Jan 2022, I tried to pay my beneficiaries for school needs but got some error on their app. I logged a call and the loafing clueless agents and back-end staff closed the call without resolving the problem..So our preparations for school opening fails because of this ****py "modern" bank..
