Pathetic support, no feedback, missing money.

I transferred money to 1 of my goalsaves, the fransfer failed but the money was deducted from my everyday account. I immediately logged a call telephonically and received a ref number. This was on the 16th of November. I have had no feedback from them, except for a sms stating that they will get in touch on or before the 20th of November. I have also called in again and was told by Happy that he will speak to he's manager and either himself or he's manager would call me back that same day (I'm still waiting for that call) I have also emailed their support desk to query what is going on with my money. Yep, you guessed it... I am still waiting for a response.

Absolutely pathetic customer service and problem resolution, and even worse communication from them.
