Pathetic Service Tyme Bank

Opened a Tyme bank account as another option for saving 3 weeks Ago. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Have not been able to get through the log in stage of the process. Transferred funds into the account & after 3 weeks, endless phone calls, multiple promises made by team leaders, management etc to contact me to resolve & still no end in site. A simple process of them sending me a form to close my account has taken two weeks & still no form in my inbox. Pathetic service to say the least. STAY AWAY. Wish I could give a minus star rating.
