Pathetic service from TymeBank!!!

TymeBank blocked my account without even any communication with me almost 5 years ago. I asked them to close off the account permanently and they're REFUSING and said I should settle the account balance which they can't even provide details for. How do you refuse someone to close the account that they blocked themselves??? What is the reason for having a blocked account when I cannot access it because is as good as CLOSED!!! Pathetic service from their *********** consultants!!! 🤮
