PATHETIC SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

i have had the worsed pathetic service with tymebank, i am expecting money from my account and my account is not working,i have tried calling the call centre and also walked to few of their kiost and i am still not getting help.i also tried the website and all is doing is asking you all the verification's questions and after you have rep**** them ,only them the system says is offline.You guys have our emails and mobile numbers why are you not sending sms or emails ? i have been bragging to my friends about banking with the modern bank with digital system ,and now i have swallowed a humble pie after this disappointment about them. i hope that they will fix the problem urgently.......this is not acceptable.
