Pathetic Service and NO ***** PREVENTION... BEWARE

Banking app used to work on my Samsung A22 but now shows E0001. I was told they can't get hold of me so gave an alternate number. I was contacted and explained my issue but was cut off. I gey an email stating THEY CANT GET HOLD OF ME. PATHETIC SERVICE

Also, they have NO ***** PREVENTION in place as about 20 ******* debits went off my account in a minute. HOW CAN THIS BE ALLOWED. They have NOT REFUNDED ME ... and its been months.

I have also heard from another client that R47k wS *******ly withdrawn.
