Difficulty updating details. The kiosk not helpful, call centre not helpful.. mxm might as well leave the bank.

the kiosks in different shops is not able to update we tried many times
I called call centre multiple times and also I was told I won’t be able to do it over the phone for God knows why.
I can’t access my app because it needs otp from a number I don’t have anymore
