Pathetic Service

Pathetic service, my account was put on hold, I called in they said I owe a R43, I told them to deduct it and the lady said my account will be active within 2 hours up and till now thing has changed. I had to walk almost 2 hours home and almost got ****** cause I couldn't book an Uber. This is the first time I experienced this. Really Pathetic servies
