PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic Service, I have calling and sending emails to customers service for assistance with my query, is been 3 weeks now requesting for my bank statement as i cannot be able o update my emails address on their website, whenever m trying to up date its just gives me an error tired to bring it to their attention but i see no one is bothered, all i get is automated response no 1 has ever called or sent email personally to find out if my query is resolved, i have sent screen shots but i am just wasting my time. My life is stuck now i cant do anything because he only way i can get my statement is thorough that website and i do not have access to that email address anymore.
