Pathetic Bank

This bank is the one pathetic bank. I regret banking with them. I've been unable to transact on my banking app,online banking,USSD,ATM,Pick n Pay since last Saturday.I logged a call last Sinday 18/08, it's Friday. I have been calling every single day only to get told the same **** or put on hold forever. Tymwbank put a hold on my account without informing,then they told me it was removed, clearly it's not cause I can't transact. I have sufficient funds in my account that I can't use because of their incompetence. The agents are NIOT helpful and rude. I'm at boiling point. I will advise that nobody should bank with this useless bank. I've never experienced such **** in my life.
