Pathetic and *********** Call Center Agents

Good day,

I am so so and extremely highly dissapointed with the service I've been receiving from your call center agents from the 16th of February till date.

I have been sending required documents but none response received.

I have spoken Tanya , Reslee and Sidu of which Sidu stated that she's not allowed to give out her surname

Sidu mentioned that her team leader is Craigh

Should I not get any response or my card replaced by Friday (3rd March)

I will take it up with the ombudsmenand Hello Peter

I have received the greatest service from Qikizwa Luthuli. Well done
